• The company name and logo are now displayed below the project name. This gives the app a more professional look. The logo can be uploaded via the company settings on a computer.

Exports

PDF export of reports

• Multiple reports can now be exported together in a single PDF – including an automatically generated table of contents for easier navigation.
• When exporting directly from the plan view, an additional overview page with the project plan is included. Each exported report is marked with a numbered pin – ideal for location-based documentation.
• Each report now receives an automatic sequential number per project, starting from 1. These numbers appear in the report list and on the overview page, making the PDF easier to navigate.
  
  

Unified export function

• The export function for reports, annotations, and tasks has been unified: the button is now identically placed and labeled in all three sections, making it easier to find.

Profile creation

• Admins can create team member profiles in advance and directly assign them to projects and the company by entering their phone number. This simplifies onboarding and provides more flexibility in project planning.
  
  

Reports

• Individual reports can be exported as PDFs, making them suitable for archiving or sharing with external parties. Embedded images open as usual in full resolution in the browser.

• The layout in PDF exports is now clearer and more structured
• Clicking on an image in the PDF export opens the browser and displays the image in full resolution

Links:

• When you share a link to a task via WhatsApp and click on it, the Benetics app opens automatically. This also works with links to plans and completed reports

Tasks:‍

• Task labels can now be set in the app. This works both via a simple label selection and through the voice assistant

Plans:

• Lists for tasks, plans, and completed reports load quickly and smoothly on the PC, even with many entries
• On the PC, filter, sort, and search settings are retained. When returning, e.g., to the plan list, all previously set settings remain active

Linking in the app:

• Links to plans, tasks, annotations, and reports can be copied and pasted directly into text fields within the app or on your computer. This allows, for example, a detail-plan to be linked directly in the relevant task.

Reports:

• Reports can be signed directly in the app.

Refer Benetics:

• With the new referral program, you will be rewarded with up to $600 per referral. You can find your personal referral link in your profile in the app and on your PC in the left-hand navigation bar.

Firma:

• Projektteilnehmer können jetzt alle eingereichten Rapporte am PC und in der App einsehen und behalten so den Überblick darüber, was bereits rapportiert wurde. Ein Filter ermöglicht es, die eigenen Rapporte schnell zu finden.
• Die Liste der ausgefüllten Rapporte zeigt nun zentrale Informationen, basierend auf dem spezifischen Inhalt des jeweiligen Rapports, an. Dies erleichtert das schnelle Auffinden und die Orientierung.
• Rapporte können auf Plänen verortet werden. Dies erleichtert den Überblick, was auf welchem Geschoss bereits rapportiert wurde, und verbessert die Dokumentation durch die Verortung, die auch im Excel-Export als klickbarer Link zum Plan verfügbar ist.

Weltneuheit Sprach-Assistent:

• Der überarbeitete Sprach-Assistent ist da: jetzt noch besser und einfacher in der Nutzung! Rapporte und Berichte erstellt Du in Sekunden, ganz ohne Tippen. Fremdsprachen und Dialekte werden weiterhin unterstützt.

Projekte:

• Damit Deine Projektliste immer schön aktuell ist, kannst Du abgeschlossene Projekte nun archivieren. Alle Daten bleiben für Dich jederzeit vollständig zugänglich: mit nur einem Klick kannst du sie aus dem Archiv holen.

Rapporte:

• Bei jedem Rapport ist jetzt ersichtlich, wie oft er ausgefüllt wurde. So hast du einen schnellen Überblick über dein Projekt.
• Mit einem Klick auf den Rapport werden alle ausgefüllten Felder in einer Tabelle angezeigt. Das macht es einfacher, genau den Rapport zu finden, den du suchst.

Organisation:

• Eine Organisation heisst neu “Firma” und kann auch am PC verwaltet werden.
  

Rapporte:

• Werte in Tabellen werden jetzt auch im Excel-Export angezeigt. Das funktioniert auch für Rapporte, die schon vorher ausgefüllt wurden. 
  

Anmerkungen:

• Anmerkungen auf dem Plan können als PDF exportiert werden.

Sprach-Assistent:

• Mit dem KI gestützten Sprach-Assistenten lässt sich jeder Rapport ganz ohne Tippen ausfüllen
• Die Spracheingabe funktioniert sogar in Dialekt und Fremdsprachen

Rapporte:

• Rapporte können auch am PC ausgefüllt werden
• Rapporte mit Tabellen können am PC bearbeitet werden
  

Pläne:

• Falls die Vermassung mal fehlt, kann jetzt direkt in der App im Plan gemessen werden
• Wenn es mal schnell gehen muss, können mehrere Anmerkungen gleichzeitig gelöscht werden

• Gleich wie am PC, kann jetzt in der App eine Listenansicht aller Aufgaben auf dem Plan angezeigt werden. So lässt sich die gesuchte Aufgabe noch schneller finden.

• Mit dem neuen Aufgabenfilter im Plan findet man die gesuchte Aufgabe noch schneller

• Anmerkungen im Plan sind nummeriert, um sie leichter unterscheiden zu können
  

Aufgaben-Export:

• Aufgaben im Plan werden jetzt mit einer Übersichtsseite exportiert, damit man auch bei vielen Aufgaben den Überblick behält

Aufgaben:

• Um auch bei grossen Projekten den Überblick zu behalten, können Aufgaben ab sofort mit Labels versehen werden. So kommt man bei der nächsten Bausitzung schnell auf die Liste mit allen offenen Mängeln oder sieht auf einen Blick, an welchen Aufgaben derzeit nicht weitergearbeitet werden kann.
• Aufgaben und Anmerkungen sind jetzt durchnummeriert. Das erleichtert das Auffinden der richtigen Aufgabe, besonders wenn man mehrere Aufgaben mit dem gleichen Namen hat. Die Nummer wird auch im Export angezeigt.
  

Arbeiten im Plan:

• Wenn man in der App auf eine Aufgabe im Plan tippt, wird zuerst eine Vorschau angezeigt. Das macht die Suche nach der gewünschten Aufgabe schneller, vor allem wenn viele Aufgaben nebeneinander liegen.
• Auf dem PC zeigt der Plan jetzt auch die komplette Liste der Aufgaben und Notizen an. Und damit es übersichtlich bleibt, werden beim Zoomen nur noch die Aufgaben aufgelistet, die auch auf dem Plan sichtbar sind.

Sonstiges

• Die PC-Version ist jetzt unter https://app.benetics.io zu finden, kann aber auch weiterhin unter der alten URL aufgerufen werden.
