New Pricing at Benetics AI – Explained Clearly and Transparently

Price increases are never a pleasant topic. That’s exactly why we believe it’s important to communicate them clearly and transparently. I’d like to do that personally here.
Starting June 1, 2026, the following pricing will apply:
- Annual contracts or longer: 25 USD / CHF / EUR per user/month
- Monthly contracts: 39 USD / CHF / EUR per user/month
Important for existing customers
Current contracts remain unchanged.
Until July 1, 2026 – one full month beyond the official pricing update – you can:
- purchase additional licenses at current pricing
- renew existing contracts at current pricing, including multi-year agreements
Why the adjustment?
Our goal is to meaningfully reduce the daily workload for you and your team – not through isolated features, but across the entire workflow between the office and the job site. That’s exactly how Benetics has evolved over the past year.
In day-to-day operations, that looks like this:
- Less coordination overhead: Tasks, updates, photos, and project communication happen directly inside the project instead of across phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or email threads. Through continuous improvements to notifications, labeling, and project organization, teams get the information they actually need – when they need it. Many companies report reducing coordination effort by nearly 50%.
- Faster, more complete field documentation: Reports are created directly on-site instead of being reconstructed later in the office or at the end of the week. The goal is faster information flow with less administrative overhead. At the same time, documentation becomes significantly more complete – creating clear advantages for billing, change orders, and project transparency.
- Better collaboration with subcontractors and external partners: We continue to improve how teams coordinate across company boundaries – from easier onboarding flows to better sharing of plans, updates, and project information. Our vision is simple: one central system where planning, coordination, and documentation happen together.
- Project information stays connected instead of scattered: Plans, documents, photos, and videos stay directly connected to the project instead of being spread across email threads, cloud folders, and disconnected tools. With integrations, automation platforms, and our public API, Benetics increasingly fits seamlessly into existing operational workflows.
These improvements don’t happen by accident. They are the result of continuous work: new capabilities, countless product improvements, and above all, making Benetics stable and reliable in real-world daily use.
The next AI step: Ben
Another major focus is expanding the use of AI – with the goal of actively reducing office workload. With our new AI agent Ben (see the press release), we’re taking an important step in that direction:
- Tasks can be prepared automatically from existing project information
- Preparing and documenting change orders becomes significantly faster
- Time-consuming manual work – like comparing spreadsheets and documents – becomes unnecessary
Ben is only the beginning. We’ll continue expanding the agent significantly over the coming months. Our goal is simple: less tedious admin work and more focus on what actually creates value – building.
