New prices at Benetics, explained transparently and in partnership – by Ferdinand Metzler, CEO of Benetics

We know that price increases are rarely welcome. That’s exactly why it's important to communicate them openly and clearly. That’s what I want to do here: explain transparently what’s changing, why – and how we’re handling it fairly with our existing users.

What’s changing?

As of 3 June 2025, the following prices will apply:

  • Annual contracts or longer: 20 CHF / EUR / USD per user/month (previously 15)
  • Monthly contracts: 30 CHF / EUR / USD per user/month (previously 17)

Important for existing customers:

  • Existing contracts will remain unchanged for the duration of their term.
  • Anyone who signs new licences or extends existing ones by 1 July 2025 can do so at the previous rate of 15 CHF / EUR / USD – and that applies for the entire term, even multi-year.

Why the adjustment?

Benetics has a clear goal: easing the workload in everyday operations. Users confirm that administrative tasks can now be completed up to 80% faster. Some teams are saving up to half a working day per week.

This is made possible by a wide range of new features. In the past six months, we have more than doubled the number of available functions. Here are just a few recent highlights:

  • The AI voice assistant for tasks and reports saves up to 4 hours per user per week – and enables more thorough documentation.
  • Sharing tasks and documentation with external stakeholders makes coordination with subcontractors and partners significantly easier.
  • The centralised document storage gives fast access to essential information within the project context.

We’ve also added many smaller but important improvements: more export formats, custom branding via company logo, faster loading times. The result: more clarity, less effort – on site and in the office.

This progress requires investment – in technology, in service, and in growing our team.

What’s our offer to you?

We want to make sure none of our partners feel pressured. We want to move forward together. That’s why, until 1 July 2025, you can:

  • sign new licences at the old rate
  • renew existing contracts under previous terms – regardless of the contract duration

Final words

We’re moving full speed ahead – and want to help build tomorrow’s construction industry with you and your team. If you have any questions, concerns or feedback, please reach out. My team and I are happy to talk – openly, pragmatically and without detours.

Best regards

Ferdinand Metzler

How Contractors Can Increase T&M Job Revenue by 15–25% Using AI

Time and materials jobs should be profitable, yet many contractors leave money on the table with every T&M project. The problem is rarely the work itself; it is the tracking, documentation, and billing that happen around it.

AI in Practice: What Contractors Need to Know in 2026

Five years ago, many contractors dismissed artificial intelligence in construction as Silicon Valley hype. Not anymore. In 2026, the conversation has shifted from "should we try AI?" to "which tools actually work?" This shift is significant for an industry that has historically been slow to adopt new technology.
