Open the drawing, long-press the spot, and choose Task. Then take a photo, say what needs fixing, and pick who fixes it and by when. If your team prefers to log punch list items all in one place, use a punch list report instead.
On a longer walkthrough you don't have to type at all: record it and hand the audio file to Ben. Ben turns it into tasks or a punch list report, depending on how your team works. You review the draft and approve it.
