Construction photo documentation: every photo in the right place.

For construction photo documentation, take the photo right in the task or the report. The Benetics AI app files it there, by date in the project and, through the task, at its spot on the drawing.

Sorted by date

The Photos tab holds every picture in the project, grouped by day, no matter who took it.

In the right place

The photo stays with the task or the report. On the drawing, you zoom to the spot with one finger.

Unlimited storage

Photo storage is unlimited on every plan. Nobody deletes old pictures to make room for new ones.

Construction photo documentation without folders and camera rolls

Jobsite photos right on the task and the report

  • On a punch list item, tap the camera, and the photo is on the task right away.
  • In the report, the photo goes with the work you just described by voice. Or send it to Ben, and Ben attaches it to the right report or task.
  • Open the task and see photo, checklist, and spot on the drawing at a glance.

Construction documentation you can still find years later

  • Search the project for the task, and the photo is still attached.
  • When a warranty question or a dispute comes up, you search the project's documentation, not old group chats and camera rolls.
  • Info shows the date and who uploaded the photo, plus the location for photos shot with the app's camera. Nobody has to add it later.

Construction photo documentation in practice: what our customers say.

“It allows me to document all of those notes, both verbal and pictures, and put those in a place where I can use them real time to help my crew get the job done.”

Jonathan Gold
Program Manager, J2 IT Group

“Benetics is a great app to help manage projects, keep team members up to date on status, document important aspects with pictures, to-do lists and checklists.”

Ken Kish
Owner, Floor Coverings International, East Metro Detroit

“When we did that, obviously, we didn't have any window into what was there except for the notes on the page. There's no visuals. [...] sometimes you have to do secondary and even third walkthroughs to make sure that you've got all the documentation you need before you can start a project.”

In Project photos, in the project they belong to. From there they go on tasks, reports, and pins, one photo on several if you need it. Remove it from one, and it stays in Project photos. Photo storage is unlimited on every plan.

Yes. Info shows who uploaded the photo, when, and which tasks, reports, or pins it's attached to. Photos taken with the Benetics AI app's camera also show where they were taken, as long as location is turned on on the phone. You only see what you have access to in the project.

One where the photo doesn't get stuck in a crew member's camera roll. In the Benetics AI app, every picture belongs to a project and, through the task, to a spot on the drawing.

Everyone in the project. The superintendent sees the crew member's photo as soon as it's saved, without anyone forwarding it on WhatsApp.

No. Photo storage is unlimited on every plan, including the free Starter plan.
